Back in Action (who run Bristol Floatation Centre) was set up in 1988 to help people manage, prevent and treat the symptoms of back pain. Our floatation centre was a natural progression enabling us to offer the ultimate in health, back care and relaxation.

The Pod
If you like being cocooned, warm, enclosed and haing zero air movement then the pod is your perfect match.
It has plenty of space to float but won't leave you feeling like you're surrounded by space. Housed in a spacious private room it's the best of both worlds. Private showers, loads of room to change and cosy floating.*
The Cabin
If you like to spread out, float with a friend, have a romantic float for two or fancy indulging in a bit of luxury, then the cabin is the one for you.
It has oodles of space, perfect for any claustrophobic floaters. There is a walk-in double shower, plenty of space to get changed and enough room for one or two to float side by side.*
